Why vegan?

Nearly three months ago, my husband and I decided to choose veganism for our family.

We changed our lifestyle from recipes influenced by meat and dairy, to a world filled with fruits, veggies, nuts and plant-based meats.

In making the switch to a plant-based lifestyle on November 14, I was adamant that I still wanted food that tasted good. I searched for recipes that would satisfy our breakfast, lunch and dinner cravings – while healthier and dairy-free.

This recipe is one of many recipes to come. I’m still on the search for tasty dairy-free recipes and plan to continue my journey of making quality meals for my family while I share a few of them with you.
