✨ Ingredients:

2/3 c. Almond milk
1 TB. Baking power
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1/4 c. Maple syrup
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Ginger
1/4 c. Cane sugar
1/4 c. Applesauce
1/2 c. Chocolate chips
1 c. Whole wheat flour
1/4 t. Salt
1 c. Quick oats

✨ Directions:

  1. Pre-heat over 400° F & prep muffin Pan with liners
  2. Combine all dry ingredients
  3. Combine wet ingredients + add chocolate chips
  4. Fold dry into wet slowly
  5. Bake 13-15 min — remove from oven, let cool in pan 10 min
  6. Drizzle maple syrup on top + enjoy
