If you’re reading this, you made it through 2020…Happy New Year. 🎊

Regardless of where you sit in the world, we can all agree that we navigated a deadly pandemic, continued to fight racial injustice, dealt with an intense political climate, endured the effects of horrific forest fires and overall struggled with disturbed peace • through spiritual, physical, mental and emotional warfare.

But we made it.

While we experienced a trying year, we saw what can be accomplished when we stand TOGETHER — whether it was masking up and staying home or stepping out and marching against racial injustices happening globally.

This year, in 2021…I encourage you to continue to stand with people who not just share likeminded ideals but I urge you to learn from those with diverse perspectives. I hope you will broaden your community. Read more, worry less and choose something greater than yourself to stand behind.

As you develop your 2021 goals, don’t forget to include opportunities where you can better the world. Highlight goals that challenge you to enhance the future for coming generations, which will in turn challenge you.

I haven’t quite figured out how to solve world hunger, but I can guarantee my 2021 goals will include a small action step I can take today that might further this mission.

Imagine if we all decided to take small actions (for not only our nucleus of family and friends) this year, but for the betterment of the world. 🌍

Oh the good we might accomplish if we stand together on something bigger than ourselves.

Happy New Year!
