Ingredients:
- 1 medium avocado
- 6 tb. aquafaba
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 3 tb. vegetable oil
- 1 tspn. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. cane sugar
- 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 1/4 c. cacao powder
- 1/2 tspn. salt
- 1 tspn. baking soda
- 3/4 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×9 inch pan with butter/cooking spray, then lightly sprinkle flour on the bottom of the pan/line with parchment paper.
- Combine avocado, aquafaba, sugar, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla to a food processor or blender. Blend until combined and set aside.
- Combine all dry ingredients; flour, cacao powder, salt and baking soda – whisk well. Set aside.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients from #2 into the dry. Mix until well combined, then add your chocolate chips. Pour into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Add additional chocolate chips on top (if preferred) halfway through baking. After 25-30 minutes, remove from oven. Let the brownies cool for 30 minutes in the pan before serving.
